REV-1 Fleetcool™ PREMIX

Fleetguard Fleetcool™ coolant is ethylene glycol based liquid, especially designed for medium and light duty diesel engines. The products contain FCA4, a chemical inhibitor based on borate/nitrite and low silicate content, can protect the engine from liner pitting, cooling system corrosion, water scale deposits, water pump seal leakage or failure, etc. It is also of low cost.

Fleetcool™ premix is formulated with DI water, freezing point -18°C, can be used directly. The product has enough chemical inhibitor, compatible with water filter with DCA4+ additive. The coolant has been applied on Cummins engines and similar medium and light duty diesel engines, and can also be applied to automobiles and light duty, including aluminium engines.

When properly regularly maintained with DCA4 liquid and DCA4+ water filter at every 20K kilometer or 250 engine hours, the coolant service life can reach 175K kilometer or 3000 engine hours.
